  6.      NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL
  7.      AGREEMENT. USE OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS
  8.      AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE") CONSTITUTES YOUR
  9.      ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE
  10.      TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS
  11.      SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED
  12.      UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS
  13.      AGREEMENT.

  15.      LICENSE GRANT. AAR Software Ltd. (the "AUTHOR") grants you a 
  16.      license to use one copy of the version of this SOFTWARE on any 
  17.      one hardware product for as many licenses as you purchase. "You" 
  18.      means the company, entity or individual whose funds are used to 
  19.      pay the license fee. "Use" means storing, loading, installing, 
  20.      executing or displaying the SOFTWARE. You may not modify the 
  21.      SOFTWARE or disable any licensing or control features of the 
  22.      SOFTWARE except as an intended part of the SOFTWARE's programming 
  23.      features. When you first obtain a copy of the SOFTWARE, you are 
  24.      granted an evaluation period of not more than 15 days, after which 
  25.      time you must pay for the SOFTWARE according to the terms and prices
  26.      discussed in the SOFTWARE's documentation, or you must remove the
  27.      SOFTWARE from your computer. This license is not transferable to any 
  28.      other hardware product or other company, entity, or individual.

  30.      OWNERSHIP. The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by AUTHOR. 
  31.      Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE 
  32.      and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the
  33.      SOFTWARE.

  35.      COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright law and
  36.      international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no 
  37.      title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is 
  38.      transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and 
  39.      full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the 
  40.      exclusive property of AUTHOR and you will not acquire any
  41.      rights to the SOFTWARE except as expressly set forth in 
  42.      this license. You agree that any copies of the SOFTWARE 
  43.      will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on
  44.      and in the SOFTWARE.

  46.      UNAUTHORIZED USE. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  47.      decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  48.      SOFTWARE except as provided in this agreement. Any such
  49.      unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of
  50.      this license.

  52.      BUNDLING. In no case may this product be bundled with hardware or
  53.      other non-shareware software without written permission from AUTHOR
  54.      (license@arn.hypermart.net).
  55.      All distribution of SOFTWARE is further restricted with regard to sources
  56.      which also distribute virus source code and related virus
  57.      construction/creation materials. The SOFTWARE may not be made
  58.      available on any site, CD-ROM, or with any package which makes
  59.      available or contains viruses, virus source code, virus construction
  60.      programs, or virus creation material.
  61.      Permission to distribute the SOFTWARE is not transferable, assignable,
  62.      saleable, or franchisable. Each entity wishing to distribute the package
  63.      must independently satisfy the terms of the distribution license.

  65.      LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS"
  66.      BASIS. AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO
  67.      THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
  68.      BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
  69.      MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  70.      NEITHER AUTHOR NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN
  71.      INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THIS
  72.      SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
  73.      CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF
  74.      THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH SOFTWARE, EVEN IF
  75.      AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
  76.      DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. THE PERSON USING THE SOFTWARE
  77.      BEARS ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF
  78.      THE SOFTWARE.
  79.      SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION
  80.      OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE
  81.      LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE
  82.      EXTENT THAT LIABILITY IS BY LAW INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION OR
  83.      RESTRICTION.
  84.      IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY EXCEED THE
  85.      LICENSE FEE PAID TO AUTHOR.
  86.  
  87.      SEVERABILITY. In the event of invalidity of any provision of this 
  88.      license, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect 
  89.      the validity of the remaining portions of this license.
  90.  
  91.      NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT
  92.      SHALL AUTHOR OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR
  93.      ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT
  94.      DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE DELIVERY,
  95.      PERFORMANCE OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF AUTHOR
  96.      HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN
  97.      NO EVENT WILL AUTHOR'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM,
  98.      WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF
  99.      LIABILITY, EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE PAID BY YOU, IF ANY.

  101.      ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This is the entire agreement between you and
  102.      AUTHOR which supersedes any prior agreement or understanding,
  103.      whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this license.

  105.      RESERVED RIGHTS. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved
  106.      to AUTHOR.
